I’m Emily, a human-centered leader who believes great work comes from happy, aligned people and that research should (and can!) drive real decisions, not sit in a deck.
I’ve built my career by stepping into complexity, tackling messy experience problems, helping teams stay effective through change and acquisitions, and guiding organizations as they rethink how they work and use experience research and design. I’m drawn to ambiguity, hard problems, and the moments where things aren’t quite working yet. That’s usually where the good stuff happens.
